Funny how things have changed so fast nowadays. I’m still what you believe.
It’s getting darker before dawn
With no head held high! Come on go down!
Eyes open. Stare at the sun!
I’m not afraid of everyone
Who’s coming out, who steals the sounds Of our fancy underground!
It’s like every light went out!
I forgot your name
It’s even harder to feel the same like years before! Two years right now,
It feels like every light went out!
Shimmering lights before I wake up Losing every part of my ground. And look - how I woke up
With dreams no longer true!
Take a drink and take my life.
Why don’t you come over here
And dance with me!
It’s your time and it’s your pride.
So come over here and dance with me!

Great progressive rock from Rick Miller. Plenty of flute, vocal harmony, and strong guitar work. While many prog rockers are very uneven across their albums, Rick's characteristic songwriting approach never lets down but delivers a solid, consistent approach. Highly recommended! Dogger Dog

This and Heart of Darkness are my two favorite releases by Mr. Miller. From the opening track Rats in my Darkness the tone for this record is set. Very dark recording, yet still very listenable another strong release by this Canadian .Always a pleasure to support a fellow Canadian. lloydd
